Osteo treatment during COVID

We are committed to ensuring a safe environment for everyone to receive healthcare.

Our staff are all wearing PPE and are fully vaccinated to minimise the chance that we could catch or transmit COVID to any patient. We are also conducting regular screening rapid-antigen testing of ourselves.

Prior to all appointments patients must complete a screening questionnaire to ensure that they do not attend the clinic if they have any symptoms of COVID.

All patients are required to wear a mask the whole time they are within the clinic.

We have separated appointment times to minimise cross over and shared time in waiting areas. We also have HEPA Air filters for each treatment room.

In between each patient we ventilate the room, clean every surface of the bed, pillow, chair and any contact points with alcohol based spray and disinfectant wipes. Communal spaces are sanitised regularly throughout the day.

*If patients are unable to wear a mask and have a written medical exemption, we may require them to perform a rapid antigen saliva test prior to their appointment. These will be provided at additional cost ($10-15).

If you have had COVID previously, we ask that you show a negative test and have fully recovered (ie no symptoms at all) before coming back into the clinic.
